Located in the evolving urban fabric of Bhiwandi, Paramount reflects the city’s transition from a historic textile hub to a modern center of commerce. The 4,500 sq.ft. office building balances contemporary aspirations with environmental responsibility through energy-efficient systems, eco-materials, and climate-responsive design elements like a southwest shading device.
