This hotel project repurposes an existing concrete structure near the Pune-Mumbai Highway in Bhiwandi’s industrial zone into a hospitality hub. The design introduces a fresh program that includes guest rooms, restaurants, a café, spa, banquet hall, and event spaces crafted to serve business travelers, industrial visitors, and local functions alike, while making full use of the site’s high-access location and existing built form.
