The mixed-use building houses a commercial market at the ground level with residences above, creating a dynamic interface between public and private realms. Rooted in the principles of regional modernism, the design seeks to integrate contemporary spatial sensibilities within a historically resonant framework. By wrapping the façades in a reinterpretation of the town’s traditional envelope, the project bridges time honoring the past while asserting a confident, modern identity that contributes to the evolving urban fabric of Pardi.
