VEDANT HOSPITAL

Vedant Multi-Speciality Hospital Situated on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway, Vedant is a 30,000 sq. ft. multi-speciality hospital designed with a focus on functional clarity and climate responsiveness. The building integrates all essential amenities with efficient circulation, zoning, and patient comfort at its core. Architecturally, the design employs clean modern lines, screened plant beds for shading and cooling, and solar panels for renewable energy, creating a sustainable response to the region’s climate. Vedant reflects a healthcare facility where efficiency, sustainability, and well-being converge in a contemporary architectural expression.Tithal has a tropical savanna climate (Aw) with heavy to extremely heavy rainfall from June to September, when it is under the direct influence of the South-west monsoon.. It experiences three distinct seasons of mild winters, warm summers and humid monsoons. The plot size is 2786 Sq. Ft. and has a trapezoidal shape. The house is planned in ‘T’ shape, so that each living space opens up in adjacent courts at least on two sides. It allows cross-ventilation in spaces during warm summers and humid monsoons.
